Who is responsible
Santiago González Salas, an individual doing business as Espresso Doble Soluciones, located at calle Colibrí 68, C.P. 27267, Torreón, Coahuila, México, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
What we collect
Through the form on this site we collect your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the type of solution you’re interested in and anything you choose to share in your message. We don’t collect sensitive personal data.
How we use it
- To contact you and schedule the assessment you requested.
- To prepare and send you a pre-proposal or quote.
- To follow up on your request.
We may also occasionally send you information about our services. To opt out, message us on WhatsApp at +52 878 126 2402; your request won’t be affected.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your data. We use service providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (storing requests) and Resend (sending emails). They may be located outside Mexico and may only use your data to provide their services to us. If we add analytics such as Google Analytics, it will be used to understand site usage in aggregate.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Send your request on WhatsApp at +52 878 126 2402 with your name, the right you want to exercise and how we can reply. We’ll respond within 20 business days.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies. If we enable analytics, it may use cookies to measure visits; you can block them in your browser settings.
